Mocha Protein Shake

Great for a delicious snack or post workout treat

INGREDIENTS

Mocha_Shake
1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder
6 oz skim milk
2 oz coffee
4 ice cubes

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients in blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until mixed. Add sweetener if desired.
