I always say...&quot;listen to your body&quot;. If you have the energy and stamina to go at it a bit longer, than by all means do!!</description>

		<description>You are so right! I find conventional cardio boring as well.. 30 minutes of steady state cardio seem not to end. 

Crazy Cardio 2 looks really tempting. 
I think I am going to give it a go! 

One question:
 If after all these sets you still feel capable of doing more should you continue with something else like a little session of interval training on the thread mill or is it overdoing it?

I am trying to lose fat and am doing  weight training 3 x week and cardio &amp; abs work the other 2..</description>
